Yes, there is a professional travel planning & consultation fee charged of $100.00 for honeymoons, romantic getaways, basic romance travel packages, vow renewals, proposal packages, and cruise vacation packages. The planning & consultation fee is non-refundable.

For custom Europe & U.S. honeymoon itineraries, my planning fee is based on the number of cities included in your itinerary: 2 cities $300.00, 3 cities $400.00, 4 or more cities $500.00. The planning fee paid is non-refundable.

For Cruise packages & itineraries, there is a flat planning fee of $100.00 that is non-refundable.

For destination weddings of up to 50 guests I charge a professional planning fee of $300.00.

For destination weddings for 50 to 75 guests, my fee is $500.00.

For guests over 75, my professional planning fee is $750.00.

The planning fee is non-refundable.

Planning a destination wedding requires extensive work, research, and attention to all of the details. I make sure that your specific destination, the property or venue chosen, and any additional wedding amenities that you have requested are exactly what you want.

My services are all inclusive; this includes air to your destination, accommodations for you and all guests, round trip airport  transportation for everyone at your destination, and arranging any additional activities that you would like planned.

Complete wedding planning and day of coordination services are available in Mexico, for an additional cost.

For elopement wedding packages I charge a  planning fee of $150.00 which is non-refundable.

Planning your elopement wedding requires hours of time to contact the resorts, get updated wedding package information, and confirm that your preferred wedding date is available. 

I provide you insider knowledge, expert recommendations, and professional guidance, so you can choose the right destination, the perfect location and the local wedding services/vendors that will provide you with the elopement wedding  you have dreamed about.

Major credit cards are the only form of payment accepted with a signed credit card authorization form. Lucky n Love Travel does not process payments for any travel arrangements booked; the travel supplier we choose to book your travel plans with will process your payment directly.

Lucky n Love Travel will process a direct payment for any travel planning fees due via paypal. All planning fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposit amount will vary based on the total trip cost. If booked more than 45 days prior to departure, only a deposit is required to confirm your travel reservations; if less than 45 days in advance, full payment will be due.

For cruise packages, deposit amount and final payment are subject to the policies of each individual cruise line.

Destination wedding packages will incur an additional ceremony and wedding package deposit as required by the specific resort or venue chosen. A deposit for the group room block will also be required, based on the terms of the supplier.

For wedding elopements; the local vendors, suppliers and resort selected will require deposits to secure the services you need for your wedding, in addition to the deposit or full payment to book your travel.

Final payment for most travel packages is due 45 days before departure; this can vary based on destination & specific travel supplier requirements.
