For honeymoons, family vacations, romantic getaways and cruise vacation packages, your first 2 travel proposals are complimentary.
After the first two options are provided to you, there is a non-refundable $200.00 research and planning fee to provide you with any additional options; not to exceed 3 additional packages to choose from.
For personalized European itineraries, our planning fee is based on the number of cities included in your itinerary: 2 cities $300.00, 3 cities $400.00, 4 or more cities $500.00. This planning fee paid is non-refundable and due prior to any research that we will conduct to check availability, pricing, modes of transport, excursions/activities, and before any itinerary proposals will be provided as multi-city/multi-country itineraries are time intensive, and require extensive research on our part to plan your perfect adventure and to match you with the best hotels/resorts, activities, and all of your travel details.

For destination weddings of up to 50 guests, we charge a professional planning fee of $300.00.
For destination weddings for 50 to 75 guests, our fee is $500.00.
For guests over 75, our professional planning fee is $750.00.
The planning fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
Planning a destination wedding requires extensive work on our part to find the perfect options for your big day that aligns with your vision, your needs, and the needs of your family and guests.
We make sure that your specific destination, the property or venue chosen, and any additional wedding services that you have requested are confirmed.
Our services include confirming your preferred wedding date with the resort or venue, negotiating a group room block contract on your behalf for accommodations and getting the most wedding group amenities for you, working with your family & guests to confirm their travel arrangements and accommodations, round trip airport transportation for everyone in the destination, and arranging any additional activities that you would like planned.
For elopement weddings, we charge a non-refundable planning fee of $150.00.
Planning your elopement wedding requires hours of time to contact the resorts/hotels, getting updated wedding package information, and confirming that your preferred wedding date is available.Â
We provide you with our professional insider knowledge, expert recommendations, and professional guidance, so you can choose the right destination, the perfect location and the wedding services/vendors that will make your elopement wedding the one you have dreamed about.
Major credit cards are the only form of payment accepted with a signed credit card authorization form. Lucky n Love Travel does not process payments for any travel arrangements booked; the travel supplier we choose to book your travel plans with will process your payment directly.
Lucky n Love Travel will process a direct payment for any travel planning fees due via paypal. All planning fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Deposit amount will vary based on the total trip cost. If booked more than 45 days prior to departure, only a deposit is required to confirm your travel reservations; if less than 45 days in advance, full payment will be due.
For cruise packages, deposit amount and final payment are subject to the policies of each individual cruise line.
Destination wedding packages will incur an additional ceremony and wedding package deposit as required by the specific resort or venue chosen. A deposit for the group room block will also be required, based on the terms of the supplier.
For wedding elopements; the local vendors, suppliers and resort selected will require deposits to secure the services you need for your wedding, in addition to the deposit or full payment to book your travel.
Final payment for most travel packages is due 45 days before departure; this can vary based on destination & specific travel supplier requirements.
For cruise packages, final payment may be due 120 – 180 days prior to departure; subject to each specific cruise line.

Final payment for wedding services, add-ons, and optional selections for destination weddings and elopements will vary.
The amount required will be based on the specific destination/venue/suppliers and/or resort terms.
A complete payment schedule will be provided to you once the destination wedding or elopement package has been confirmed with a signed vendor/supplier contract.
